Another "iffy"day. Stomach upsets and back pain and not feeling strong enough for a walk in the evening. The graph line spikes up occasionally, but it generally rides low on the vertical axis. Jan is reading a book called "Comedy relief" and working on a school project.
Got to find a way to laugh yourself through the down days. So I will close with a smile. :)
